Brennan Company honored with second Business Ethics Award Milwaukee…Chairman and chief executive officer,
Arvid R. “Dick” Tillmar, announced today that T.E. Brennan Company has
received its second major award this year for business ethics. The firm was
honored by the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin as the winner of the
2003 Torch Award for Business Ethics and Integrity in the 11 to 99 employee
company category at a luncheon on October 27, 2003. Governor Jim Doyle was
the featured speaker. Earlier this year, the firm received the
2003 Southern Wisconsin Business Ethics Award sponsored by the Madison
Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Chairman Tillmar said: “We have to be
ethical. Our clients come to us for independent, objective and impartial
advice. This second award reaffirms our adherence to that method of business
conduct.” For-profit companies in Wisconsin were
eligible for the award. Submissions were judged by a panel of three
independent judges from the business and academic communities. Companies are
judged on seven criteria: Ethics, Excellence, Fairness, Honesty, Integrity,
Responsibility and Trustworthiness. T.E. Brennan Company is the country’s
oldest independently owned management consulting firm, specializing in risk
management and employee benefits. The firm is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI
and also maintains an office in Madison, WI. |
